It is highly recommended to get the necessary information about the catalog requirements of each Marketplace before the implementation with Channable, to make sure that the catalog is ready, as they may vary from Marketplace to Marketplace (e.g. certain product information, such as material, or different sizes of images, etc.).
Each Marketplace may have different requirements and each Marketplace requires a seller account prior to uploading the catalog through the Marketplace. It is recommended to request more information from Channable.
In order to implement with Channable, merchants need to have the product information in LogiCommerce in a certain way:
Products that have options need to have correctly defined product combinations.
Products that do not have options do not need to have combinations. It is always advisable to avoid having unnecessary records in the database.
Each combination must have a different SKU or EAN (it is not possible to have products with duplicate references) and well informed.
It is not allowed to have code that is not strictly HTML in the descriptions.
